Going through the process left me with a highly favorable opinion of the company. I was very pleased with how the interview process went. They didn't waste my time with unrelated questions and discussion, and instead focused on my relevant experience and skills. After completing a pre-screen via email to determine my interest and confirm my relevant experience, they conducted two phone interviews. One with the hiring manager, who also will be the direct supervisor of the new hire, and another with the Human Resources Recruiter handling the job opening.
