I was approached by interview screening person with L3Harris to interview for this position. The initial meeting was scheduled. The person responsible then cancelled the initial meeting and rescheduled. Then the interviewer cancelled again and rescheduled. The initial screening interview finally took place which last approximately 3 min. The interviewer asked if I was able to travel for this position which I said I was up to 75%. Then it was explained that the person for this position needed to be based on the east coast. I am based in Chicago. I asked if my resume was even reviewed prior to 2xs cancelling and then wasting my time a 3rd time. The answer I received was yes, that’s why I wanted to have this interview, to ask you if you were based on the east coast. Wow! How completely unprofessional and unprepared can you be? I declined any further involvement in the process.
