Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso L3Harris (Chantilly, VA) nel mese di giu 2020
Colloquio
First part were personality questions, which were pretty standard, to gauge teamwork and ability to tackle new problems. Second part was technical and required knowledge on low level languages (C for me) and OOP design principles (Inheritence, Polymorphism, etc.)

Describe in detail what inheritance in OOP is, and give an example
Horrible recruiter with slow responses. She didn't let me finish answering her questions, and was quick to move on with the interview. A while later, she said the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, and asked for my availability. I responded with my availability and asked for a time. She never responded and ghosted me. Now my application says it's no longer under consideration.
Got invited to a hiring event in El Segundo . You had your register via email to get invited to this event. Once at the event scan a QR code and wait outside in the lobby area to be called.
The format of the interview can vary a bit by department. The whole process can be long and somewhat repetitive. They look for answers in the STAR format (situation or task, action and result)
