Partially technical, partially behavioral. Very rapid fire, lots of questions asked in a 30 minute span. Most questions were on basic circuit components and a question on loops in code.

One 30 minute one-on-one interview in-person immediately following career fair. The lady was extremely nice and asked one technical question followed by all behavioral questions. However, she said I would hear back within a week, and I yet to have receive any final update over a month later.
