Their was no interview it was a tour around their facility pretty informal also listed job responsibilities and at the end of the tour I was offered the job.

I applied through the website and received a call within a week. I came in for an interview. The description of the job was presented as they are usual janitorial duties. Then was asked if I was interested based on the the hourly wage.
