Two rounds of interview
1st Round : A little bit Technical and Normal career questions. They will grill you on your commitment towards the company.
2nd Round : Hr ROund. Basic Hr questions like Strength and weakness.
Overall Experience isreally good. The 1st round was consist of atleast 40 minutes and the second round was a bit short and 20-30 minutes.

Colloquio
Es gibt 2 Gesprächsrunden.
1. Runde einstündiges Webex mit Fachabteilung und HR, es werden die Abteilung und das Trainee Programm vorgestellt, kurz den Lebenslauf durchgegangen., danach typische HR Fragen gestellt und teils knifflige Fachfragen gestellt.
2. Runde persönlich vor Ort mit HR und Abteilungsleiter verschiedener Zielbereiche. Im Vorfeld wird eine Selbstpräsentation auf Englisch und eine Präsentation zu einer Case Study auf Deutsch erstellt und vor Ort dann vorgestellt. Zu jeder Präsentation werden dann Fragen gestellt. Dauer insgesamt 1,5 Std
Nach 2 Wochen bekommt man dann die Rückmeldung, ob man das Trainee bekommt oder nicht.
