For me, there was really no interview. The interview process involved describing what you (the applicant) found to be the most interesting aspects of the company; specifically, products they developed for which you found most beneficial towards mankind.

About a month after applying online I got a phone call/email about scheduling a phone interview. There was an option for an in person interview if preferred.
The interview was with 4 people, three of which I was to work with, and fairly comfortable.
