It was a telephonic call from the hiring manager of the store. Asked basic questions. If selected, it is followed by a training before you can start working in store.
They do hiring events as well but cover same kind of questions.

During covid phone interviews were mandatory. The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter asked if I was available to meet the companies minimum scheduling requirements. they asked if i was able to preform physical duties such as lifting, bending, pushing 30-50kg.
