Very welcoming interview process. The interview lasted 45 minutes and I was comfortable answering questions about my previous job and my extracurricular. The whole interview went smoothly considering how long it was but I was very clear about my intentions after getting the job and ended it with getting hired for the posted job.

I was called in for a panel interview in the regional office. They asked general questions about my retail work experience and went through my resume. This was during the holiday season. I was being interviewed for the part time role, not seasonal worker.

During covid phone interviews were mandatory. The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter asked if I was available to meet the companies minimum scheduling requirements. they asked if i was able to preform physical duties such as lifting, bending, pushing 30-50kg.
