The interview was a face to face with a Senior Trader. Straight forward questions about my motivations for choosing a Trading position. Genera background questions. Then technical questions to see if interviewee has an understanding of what it means to be a trader. Also had to give example of situation I had to deal with stress and how I handle it. And some question on the Market.

Numeracy test paper containing multiplication, division, subtraction, addition, ratios, decimals and fractions - 80 questions in half an hour, not too tricky. Short 30 minute interview, standard questions - you need to be prepared not to make any money for the first year and also have substantial savings to be able to cover costs, desk fees etc whilst not profitable

I applied online through the company website, to which I was contacted by HR and scheduled an interview. The interview was 1:1, very friendly and it was divided into two sections - personal and trading related. I got an offer about a week or so later.
