The Technical Recruitment Consultant called me for an interview, explained to me the work culture and informed me that they give feedbacks to unsuccessful candidates because “they’re not like other companies.” In the end, he ghosted on me. I never got a feedback.

Candidate experience is one of the most important things to LEAP Dev, and moving forward the process to make sure the experience is a positive one, regardless of whether you were successful, will be a priority for the recruitment team, and everyone else involved. Firstly, I got a phone interview by the HR, and then asked for a onsite interview. And they said they will send me a test to complete. The interviewer promises that he will give me feedbacks and test. However, in the end they didn’t send me the test and just disappear. Can’t reach the HR by phone and Email. I don’t understand what’s going on. The funny thing is all of my developer friends in Sydney were invited to attend their interview. And everyone was shocked by their unprofessional recruiting team and have a very bad impression regarding this company.
Thank you for your feedback on your experience with LEAP Dev, the fact that you took the time to outline the specifics is greatly appreciate and I want to take this opportunity to apologise. Anyone who gets to interview stage should be given feedback as to why they weren't successful, and I'm sorry that you weren't given any. As a new addition to the recruitment team I will strive to make sure there is not a repeat, and want to personally thank you for your interest in working with us in the first place.
