Meet with two employees from the corporate office at a Starbucks. They were about 20 minutes late. Once we ordered coffee they started asking the usual interview questions. "What is your closing ratio", "What was a great experience you had with a resident", etc. I did not feel very comfortable with either of them. I got the feeling they did not really know what they were looking for. It was a short interview, about 15 minutes including chit-chat.

I applied online for the position and received a call from the area manager to interview the next morning. I met her at the property and had a great, concise, successful interview.
