We're genuinely sorry to hear that you had a negative interview experience with LENA. Our process is to follow up with candidates within a week to let them know whether we will be moving forward with an offer. Due to the constraints of being a small company, we’re not able to provide individualized feedback to candidates on the factors that influenced our decision.
