1st was Phone call with the recruiter. told me the managers would like to schedule an interview and asked what my salary expectations are? Scheduled the interview within 2 days. Interview with 3 Korean managers went well. an hour after the interview recruiter called me back saying that they won't be able to match my salary expectations and asked if there wiggle room for $20000 less than my expectations. Replied them with an easy NO. Waste of my time. Tried to lowball. If the expectations were not in the budget, why move forward with an interview and waste my time and their own.

It consists of 2 rounds. First-round was an HR Call and then was a call with the hiring manager. He will review it and send it to the next round which might contain an onsite interview with the manager.They were very friendly .

I applied online. They emailed back so we setup for a Skype Interview. After the interview, they email you back saying if they would like to move on with the interviewing process. They offer onsite/phone interview afterwards.
