Prima di tutto ho ricevuto un messaggio dall’Hr in cui mi veniva chiesto di descrivere il mio percorso universitario e lavorativo, poi c’è stato un colloquio via meet e successivamente un colloquio con il mio futuro tutor in azienda

It was not complicated at all. You have to fill out the form and send all your documents. After that you have an interview and a few days after that you will receive an e-mail, if you have the offer.

Internview process was brief and my undergrad college was involved in the hiring process. LG basically wants engineers who bring fresh prespective and are energetic and open to feedback. The work culture is fine but they dont pay the interns.
