No formal process. Applied to the job in February and was asked to interview in April. One of the first questions that the hiring manager asked me was "where I was born". Very unprofessional and inappropriate, where I was born has nothing to do with my ability to perform the job. This has been the absolute worst interview of my life and I've had my fair share of interviews.
