Interviewed at their beautiful office in the Riverchase community. Interviewed by the head of the Land development team as well as the immediate superior to the position. They were very friendly and asked me to rank paragraphs generated by the pre-interview assessment provided.

The first interview was a 30 minute phone conversation with Human Resources briefly discussing background and goals. The second interview was 2-3 hours in person with several VP and executive level staff to review a personality test and the company overview and talk further about specific work experience/education.

It was strange to me since I had never done a disc personality assessment before. I just did not know what to expect. I must say thought it was very easy to to stay in communication with the recruiter always would respond to any question within a couple of hours. Unlike other interviews with other companies recruiters never get back to you. LGI recruiters are extremely friendly and welcoming and make you feel that you are a part of the company already during the interview process.
