there were multiple very good vetting interviews in my opinion. The team just want to be sure the candidate feels he or she is a fit for the job and that LGM feels comfortable they are the correct fit for the candidate. They gave me this strategy and very cunning strategy b/c i don't have a BS in engineer and they used the discussion to see what i know and if i could trouble shoot
