It went so well. They asked me different questions based on my experience with good and bad situations, if I could handle stress well and if I knew how to manage my time. We got to know each other personally and make normal conversation. I, in no way felt like I was in an interview. I immediately knew that I would be a great fit, and so did my interviewers. They called me 14 minutes after my interview to offer me the job

Comfortable and relaxed. Not only did we talk about the position, we talked about personal things as well, family life, my likes and dislikes. She maintained eye contact with me, not constantly looking down to record my answers. It felt more like we had a conversation, not a Q&A session.
