Very intense, but laid back. I was asked tons of questions, mainly about my work history, how many years I was a nurse, and why I wanted to leave to company I was working for, And why I wanted to work for LHC, I was asked what was weakness, and what was my strength. I was asked what could this company gain from experience, The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. Everyone was kind, and professional.

Sufficient response time after application was submitted. Met with Director. Interview was relaxed and non threatening. Felt welcomed to facility. Introductions to employees present that day were made. Appreciated the time spent for interview process.
