1) Applied online as a referral candidate after seeing a job board posting, 2) Asked to complete a survey about my skills/tools experience and then had a video interview with a fairly tenured Career Consultant who asked similar questions to those in the survey, 3) Had a second interview with another tenured CC (very straightforward Qs and some about motivation and interest Qs re: doing part-time work for a pretty low hourly rate), 4) Was told the final step would be to talk to their new team lead who was on vacation then crickets, 5) Followed up after a few weeks and got no response, which struck me as a strange way to behave given 1) I was a referral and 2) they are trained to help people who have been laid off to navigate how to find new employment, but evidently don't seem motivated to invest much interest or pride in how they run their own recruitment process.
