The interview process was very quick and enjoyable. About a week after applying, I received a phone interview in which the interviewer spoke with me about myself, my motivations, and what I am looking for in a job. I was informed I would be having a second interview the following day, where I was given a large amount of information regarding the company, its growth and plans for further growth, as well as the company culture. This is a very work hard/play hard company with great benefits (company trips to London, strong incentives for reaching goals, and a very transparent growth structure). A few days later, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office in downtown Manhattan. I met with three people within the company, all one-on-one. They were all very easy to talk to and were mainly trying to get an idea of my background, my work ethic, and my interest. All-in-all, it was a great process that was both quick and comprehensive. I left with all my questions answered and a strong sense of what the position would be like.

Two interviews, first is with internal recruitment and the second is with a manger or director. They really want to know if you can handle situations where you have been knocked down and got back up as there is a lot of rejection in the business and market.
