The interview took two parts - a paper exam of 7 questions and followed by interview with 2 engineers. The paper exam is limited to 50 mins. The engineers interview asked the background first, including questions regarding the resume and they asked questions about the paper exam.

First round is 3-hour codility test. I got 94%, and got rejection said, "we have chosen another candidate whose skills, background, and education are more closely matched to this role." The worst experience I ever met. If you have another candidate more fit this role, recruiter should NOT send me the test, wasted me 3 hours. Very unprofessional recruiter.
