- Initial interview with two members from the product team in Japanese - Introduction - Explanation of product deck (idea from my end) - Questions about working style - Questions from the interviewee
2 interviews via zoom. One with the direct team and one with the reporting supervisor. The interview process itself was very fast and chill. I appreciated how fast the entire process was. However, this could be the case because they had been looking to fill the position for about a year.
