First interview was relatively short, around 10 minutes long, more of a meet and greet scenario to know whether they like you, as well if you like them with their recruiter. Second phone interview was also relatively easy, I believe was more of a personal growth interview with one of the account managers. They would describe the typical day of an account manager and whether that was something that may suit or not.

1) Phone call to set up 2nd round interview, explains the job a bit and what they were looking for in a candidate 2) 2nd Round one on one interview with an employee who has been working there. They explain the role and see if it would be a good fit for the company and for you. 3) Final call at the end of the day to tell you if you got the position or not
