Der Ablauf war sehr aufwendig. Zuerst die Online Bewerbung, dann wir ein Termin für das Telefongespräch vereibart. Die Fragen sind bzgl. Schwächen und Stärken hat ca. 15 min gedauert, dann kam die Antwort nach einer Woche und eine Einladung in die Zentrale zum Gespräch. Ich wurde von der S-Bahn abgeholt und hingefahren. Das Gespräch dauerte mehr als eine Stunde und anschließen bekam ich 15 Euro Fahrtkostenentschädigung. Nach ca. zwei Wochen kam dann die Antwort: obwohl alles sehr gut war haben wir uns für einen anderen Kandidaten entschieden. So in etwa war die Antwort.

Zuerst ein kurzes Telefoninterview, auch schon mit Ausblick in welchen Abteilungen es etwas werden könnt. Persönliches Gespräch im Büro dann sehr entspannt, hat rein auf die Motivation abgezielt und nicht auf fachliches Können oder andere Fähigkeiten.

Colloquio
The first interview was made by Skype, then I was invited for another interview at the company. They paid for the ticket and the hotel.
The interview on the phone was more about basic things, to confirm information on your cv and also to see how well you can speak German. The second interview is a bit longer and there are more questions. Both interview were only by the Human Resources.
