phone call with hr (~15 min) -> take home assessment (90 mins) -> final interview (~30-40 min). If you give off friendliness, you will get past with hr screening and final interview was just going over your resume. they didn't ask additional questions on the oa, just asked about my projects (really surface level questions; what is the project about, what did you do) and experiences on my resume. It seemed they didn't really care about your technical experience, rather if you're somebody who they can work with. Interview process moved pretty fast but decision took some time.
