The interview itself was thorough and covered a wide range of topics. However, the experience had several issues worth noting for future candidates. The topics mentioned in the pre-interview email did not match what was actually covered during the interview, which made it difficult to prepare effectively. Emails sent to the recruiter went unanswered on multiple occasions, including time-sensitive communication. There was no follow-up after the interview, and no response when I reached out three weeks later to ask about the outcome. Additionally, at the end of the one-hour interview, there was no opportunity given to ask questions, which is a standard part of any respectful interview process. Overall the lack of communication made the process feel disorganized and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
