Initially had a phone interview with HR. Asked basic questions about your interest in the position and what you knew about the company. I was then invited to an in-person interview. Interviewed with 4 different managers, 2 at a time. Asked some behavior-type questions along with 1 creative question. Asked how I handle stress, about my organizational and time management skills, strengths and weaknesses, and how I would in a team.

Interview process was quite challenging. The interviewers asked a lot of questions involving different scenarios you might be faced with at a call center. Initially, I applied online. I met with one person in the beginning who highlighted some of my qualifications that were related to customer service. After I met with AVP and another worker for a more formal interview.
