I get a call and no ettiquettes to ask if its a good time to connect or anything and the person (won't name) said that she got my number from ABC and if my resume gets shortlisted by manager, i'll be interviewed. Then some other person calls me after a couple of hours and again no ettiquttes and says you have to come for face to face interview. I was like dude, what position am I shortlisted for? Where is the JD as I did not apply but was approached. I also asked them to share their link with me so that I could go through the same as they did not have anything handy. Then I get a call back from from the first lady and she says we don't have a JD and we are hiring internally for LRS Services and your question in regards to JD will be answered when you come for a face to face interview. Really ... I requested for an online interview round as taking leave from current office just for an intitally interview round doesn't make sense but no, they insisted on F2F only. I would say very unorganised and unprofessional behavior which made me decide on the spot that you may drop my candidature as i cannot work in an evironment where everything is so haphazzard and no one can answer a basic question like the title of the position eg HR manager or HR lead or whatever.
