Easy, started with projects then simple coding questions, next code explanations, then behavioural questions then family background, strengths and weakness then willingness to work in shifts and next hr round-self introduction, family background and some simple definations and willingness to work in shifts and location preferences
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LTIMindtree (Poona) nel mese di apr 2023

First they informed that it will be 2 round interview. But after 1st round they didn't reply even on multiple follow up mail. After that when I tried to reach they said that your interview was not completed, you need to give round 1 again. Again same thing happened after multiple follow up they replied that I have cleared 1st round and next will be client interview. Later they scheduled and said no client interview again technical interview will be taken in 2nd round and also we will not be able to give the expected CTC. Still I agreed to them and gave interview, but again same thing after multiple follow up they replied saying that I am rejected in round 2.

Round 1 Interviewer was smart and knew how to check working knowledge with technical questions. Mostly conceptual questions asked. In round 2 it was like rapid fire type. Mostly those questions which needs to be memorized like SQL Codes/JCL return code etc
