Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LTK (Dallas, TX) nel mese di mag 2019
Colloquio
1. Phone interview
2. On-site interview with 2 groups of engineers
The interview process was pretty straight forward and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask any questions I wanted. The group that I interview with were very intelligent and and seemed to genuinely enjoy working here.
The phone interview was your typical questions to screen out candidates and was pretty short. The in-person interview was much more technical and had a strong focus on problem solving capabilities.
Recruiter told me that first round would be a coding interview. When I joined the interview, it was a system design interview and I felt unprepared and flustered. Interviewer was condescending and cold. I would avoid working here, does not seem like it would be a collaborative or enjoyable environment to work in

Design Slack - they are looking for how you will handle notifications etc

Colloquio
It's a one-dimensional interview process consisting of coding rounds and system design. In the coding rounds, you will be asked Leetcode style questions. Even if you come up with a working solution, despite passing everything else, you might fail. They won't hesitate to string you along with complete radio silence for more than a week until they need something from you. I'm not actually convinced they're actually hiring for certain positions. Overall, it was a bizarre and frustrating experience. Avoid unless you are desperate.
Meets screen and then a 2 hour panel. Some of the interviewers were unprepared with questions and one asked me tangential questions about a subject that wasn't on my resume. Reached out multiple times after the interview for some feedback and never got a response.
