Interview Process at LTIMindtree (Campus Placement)
The interview process for LTIMindtree through my campus placement consisted of multiple stages:
1. Online Assessment
The first round was an online test that included aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming questions.
2. Communication Assessment
After clearing the online test, there was a communication round that evaluated spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and listening skills.
3. Technical Interview
Around two weeks later, I received an email invitation for the technical interview. I was given two days to prepare.
4. Waiting for Results
It has been around two weeks since the interview, and the results are still awaited. I will update once the final status is received.

OOPs concepts
SQL basics and queries
Questions from Python or Java (depending on the skills mentioned in the resume)
Basic project explanation
They also asked general questions such as:
Are you willing to relocate?
Are you open to learning new technologies?

After clearing Online assessment. There was berri boy interview. After that technical round and next HR.
For Hr she asked about your leadership skills, and projects impact that's it.
Prepare well on sql queries, java boiler plate codes and small programs
They will ask questions till you break.
Don't get scared that's just the process.

Those who progressed faced a deep-dive technical evaluation, involving domain-specific inquiries and real-time coding challenges. Finally, the process culminated in an HR discussion—a thoughtful dialogue centered on the synergy between my personal aspirations and the vision of LTI.
