After the selection, I was assured on an offer but I didn't get me offer letter as informed. Followed up but no response from HR. Finally HR opened up saying he found another candidate for a bit lesser pay. Very Much Disappointed

What LTI Does and why LTI Mindtree and other technical questions
This is on-campus.
There were 3 round: 1. Aptitude + Communication skill Test, 2. Technical Interview, 3. Hr round
1st round was online and qns was from Quant apti , logical reasoning, verbal ability, Communication skills.
2nd round was Technical interview round in office. Interviewer mainly ask qn from Java + OOPs, sql and project related qn
3rd round was online hr round.

1-oa, 2 interview rounds, 1 is technical next hr, the interview process was easy, almost half of the people cleared it, there are few questions that keep repeating. For example in hr they will ask WHT do u know about this company and stuff
