      The interview process left me with a less than favorable impression for several reasons: Excessive Focus on Specific Concepts: It was evident during the interview that if I answered a question correctly, the interviewer would delve into that concept relentlessly, often making me feel uncomfortable. It felt like a constant interrogation until I admitted not having in-depth knowledge on a particular topic. Unyielding Conviction Requirement: I noticed that the interviewer seemed dissatisfied until I explicitly mentioned exactly what was in his mind. This approach made it challenging to have a genuine conversation and left me feeling like I was being tested on mind-reading rather than my actual skills and qualifications. Heavy-Handed Interviewer Attitude: The interviewer exhibited a significant amount of arrogance and seemed to carry a considerable amount of "head weight." Unfortunately, this did not align with a collaborative and open discussion that I would expect during an interview. It felt more like a one-sided conversation with little room for genuine interaction. Confusing Tactics and Changing Correct Answers: There were instances where, even after providing a correct solution to a problem, the interviewer employed confusing tactics, leading me to doubt my own answers. It seemed as though the goal was to induce uncertainty rather than evaluate problem-solving abilities objectively. Overall Assessment: Frankly, I found the entire interview process to be counterproductive and a complete waste of time. The approach taken by the interviewer did not provide a fair opportunity for candidates to showcase their skills and qualifications in a conducive environment. Impact on Career Opportunities: Unfortunately, experiences like this make candidates hesitate to pursue opportunities with your company. It's disheartening to think that a few poorly conducted interviews can deter individuals from considering potentially rewarding positions with an otherwise reputable organization. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope this review can contribute to refining the interview process for future candidates.
