1. Qualifying Round This round focused on basic screening and aptitude. The test comprised of quantitative aptitude, reasoning and english language. Followed by a communication assessment. 2. Technical + Managerial Round This was the core assessment round, combining both technical and managerial aspects. Technical Evaluation: Questions covered domain knowledge(OOPS, CN & Databases). Basic programming questions of Matrix Multiplication and a String problem was asked Managerial Evaluation: Focus on project handling, decision-making, and ability to work under constraints. Discussion on past experiences, teamwork, ownership, and leadership qualities. 3. HR Round This round was primarily about cultural fit and personality assessment. Topics included career aspirations, adaptability, and alignment with company values. Questions also checked attitude, confidence, and long-term vision with the organization.
