Very energetic and relaxed. They will take you in and go through the daily workday at LVA. The interview starts with playing a game of pyramid. The interview manager asks a lot of basic questions to get to know you and sees how you interact with people. A very vibrant and fun place to work. After the game, you get to see a glimpse of the team meeting and announcements before the one on one session. It's a great environment that requires someone to have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. The one on portion was pretty straightforward as you sit with one of the team leaders.
