Very disorganized. I received automated rejection emails multiple times, followed by interactions with human recruiters a day or 2 later each time. The technical interviews seemed haphazard and arbitrary. There was an easy HackRank problem in one round, but interviews were mostly discussions. Their engineers didn't seem engaged during the virtual onsite! One of them took a phone call in the middle of it. The other tried to blow me off after a few minutes and have me do a take home project. Then they wanted to schedule yet another meeting. I did not come away with the impression that they really wanted to hire anyone, or that they had an organized interview process in place. I also had some very serious concerns about compensation, and organization at the company after speaking to them. I would suggest avoiding them.
