The interview went well. It wasn't too formal, unlike the other companies. The interviewer herself, Italian (the Managing Director) was so cool, calm, very professional and sophisticated. First received a phonecall (Wednesday) from the Managing Director, then a personal interview was scheduled the next day. On the day of the interview (Thursday), I got the offer and that she wanted me to start the next working day (Sunday, 1st working day in UAE).
