Although they did ask situational questions it was mostly just to see your personality and problem solving skills. During your interview ask about the relationship the staff has, because it is a small building and you want everyone to be a family.

The interview priceless took about three days.
I applied online and they called me back less than 24 hours.
And then they asked me to come in the next day.
They are going to ask you to resend your résumé or bring your résumé in with you because they will not have that information.
You will need to get a TB test,background check, and fingerprints.
They will want you to start as soon as possible because they are always low staffed.

Quick phone interview/screening for a lead teacher position. Was less than five minutes and was told they were looking at someone with my background. Was asked about five simple questions about my experience, degree, why I want to work with children, pay, and preference on shifts.
