I met with the director of the location who gave me a tour. We then went through a corporate assigned set of interview questions; scenarios and such. I was then told about the position, what it entails and how the facility is run. I was showed an employee handbook and discussed child care options with the director. We discussed salaries and I was later called at home with an offer.
