You will submit your resume, it will be evaluated depending on how much experience you have and what spots are available. Then if you meet that schools needs you will receive an e-mail with a pre-visor test in it. That is a timed test that looks for your responses and what is developmentally appropriate. Then if you pass that test you will be called and the director will set up a time for an interview

The interview was quick and informative. They care about the children and want to make sure your heart is in the right place before starting your career with them. The employees seemed to love their work environment as well!

Due to the hours I worked my previous job most of my interview was done over the phone. I did get a chance to sit down with the assistant director however I appreciated the flexibility and understanding that I would not call in sick because it didn't feel appropriate to me.
