The interview process at LaSalle Network was one I had never experienced before in all my years of staffing, but it was amazing...honestly. I met with quite a few people on the executive team, which was a bit in intimidating at first, but I am thankful I did! The interview process really allowed me to get a real feel for the company and the people that work there and enabled me to make the very best decision on where I wanted to start my new career chapter. Everyone was very honest and interested in me and what I could bring to the organization, and there were no secrets - very transparent about the role, the culture, etc.. The internal recruiter was also amazing! His follow-up was great and I always knew where I was in the process and what the next step was. During my career search, I interviewed with many organizations and this by far was my best experience. They get it. They know how scary it can be as a job searcher and they do everything possible to take away the stress!
