The interview process expanded over 3 days, the first day was a quick conversation with one employee. The second day was 2 separate interviews with 2 different employees that lasted a little over an hour. The third day was 2 separate interviews with the HR generalist and the Chief Revenue Officer.

Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
