I first talked to one lady and she asked me very basic questions. Tell me about yourself. How much do you want to make. What type of position are you looking for. They follow a worksheet and fill it out as you talk. I then spoke with another woman who asked me the exact same questions. I have been followed up about possible matches but nothing has come through. They do not seem to be on top of things and I have to constantly reach out to them. I was even told I didn't get a position due to miscommunication. Overall very nice people just make sure to stay on top of them so you remain relevant.
