There is an initial 20-minute phone screening with an internal recruiter, then you will move on to have a 1-hour Zoom interview with 2 different interviewers. Most likely the head of the department and a senior internal recruiter.

The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
