Two Phone screens: Truly speaking I did not prepare for these interviews. They asked basic Java questions. As a Java developer, if you know your stuff, these should be very easy. Funnily enough a lot of applicants cannot tell difference between static and volatile coherently. Three 1:1 interviews: I brushed through some JVM and memory management in Java 6 details before the interview and that was enough. If you have coded for a few years sincerely, you should be able to answer any and all of the questions. Most of the interview was more like a discussion. A lot of applicants do not make it through phone screen or 1:1 may be because they do not have hands-on experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After clearing four rounds of interviews and receiving a verbal confirmation of selection, I was asked to wait while the offer was being processed. I trusted their word and even let go of another offer based on their assurance. After 15 days of silence, I was suddenly informed that my profile was “on hold” — with no clarity, accountability, or apology for the delay or the impact it had on my career decisions. This kind of treatment reflects a serious lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for candidates’ time and careers. A company that cannot honor its own commitment or communicate transparently during the hiring process raises major red flags about how it treats employees internally. I strongly urge future candidates to exercise caution and not make any important decisions based on verbal commitments from this organization.
