Very detailed. They started from high school. They had binders with my resume and transcripts and hundreds of questions. Very formal. The in-person interview took 2.5 hours. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable.

The interview was pretty simple, I am about to graduate so she asked me what I did in high school and in college. There was not really any challenging questions asked or anything.

Recruited responded to me by email. Then called me that day to arrange a video conference call with Dallas mgr for the following week. She was pleasant and informed. When the day came, I received video conference call from that manager. She was nice enough, but I was put off by the fact that she was doing it from her car! I prepared quite a bit for interview, but her questions were very basis. I felt like she was not prepared and that her mind had already been made up I was not moving on with the process.
