Initial Phone Call with recruiter 30 mins. Prepare "tell me about yourself", "why do you want this job?" "how do you build client relationships?". Then the second interview (1 HR) prepare for behavioral questions in STAR format. I would prepare 4-6 different scenarios that you could use covering a variety of questions.

One round interview, very short it was like 50 mins and effective, mostly about your past experience and your career aspects, why you choose this position/labcorp, what kind of challenges you encounter and manage to solve in your past experience etc. Interviewer is friendly and supportive.
