Initial screening process questions by HR were too much..why so much detail is needed? The questions included technical experience as well. Sometimes such long screening process shows the company does not respect the employees. Second interview directly with the manager which was totally technical & no behavioral questions.

It was one panel interview with director and clinical manager. They were Friendly technical questions were asked, overall it was a medium level interview. I would prefer to interview with labcorp .
